Central Arkansas
Grounds that look effortless. Kept that way all year.
Prime Outdoor Oasis builds residential landscapes from the ground up, takes commercial sites from dirt to finished grounds, and does the clearing, excavation and road work that keeps a farm or ranch running.
What we do
Three kinds of property, three ways we work
A private garden, a commercial site and a working ranch need different crews, different equipment and different schedules. Pick the one that sounds like yours.
Residential
Landscape construction, start to finish. Design/build, hardscape, outdoor kitchens, drainage and lighting — the permanent work that changes what a property is. We build it and hand it over; we do not run weekly mowing routes.
- Design/Build & Construction
- Hardscape & Outdoor Kitchens
- Drainage, Lighting & Bed Care
Commercial
Dirt to finished grounds under one contractor. Excavation, concrete, underground utilities and drainage, then the landscape installation and the facility maintenance that keeps it up.

- Facility Maintenance & Hauling
Farm / Ranch
Dirt work, water and roads. Land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation, ponds, building pads and the gravel road that gets you to all of it.

Our approach
We design for the tenth year, not the opening week
Anyone can make a garden photograph well in June. The harder craft is choosing plants that hold their shape at maturity, setting stone that still sits flat after a decade of freeze and thaw, and building beds that drain instead of drown.
That is why the person who draws your plan is the person who walks the site with the build crew, and why the maintenance team is briefed on every plant we put in the ground.
Before & after
A tired back lawn, one season later
Drag the handle to see the difference. Full renovation: regrade, drainage correction, new sod and a stone border.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises
-
Walk the property
We meet on site, listen to how you use the space, and note the things that actually drive cost — grade, access, drainage, soil.
-
Itemised proposal
A written estimate broken down by phase and material quantity, with a clear schedule. No lump-sum mysteries.
-
Build or begin service
One supervisor owns your project start to finish. You get a weekly note on what was done and what is next.
-
Hand over, properly
You get a plant schedule, an irrigation map and a straight answer on how to look after it. Commercial sites roll onto a facility maintenance scope, and residential beds onto the flowerbed program.
Estimates are free, and we answer within a day
Tell us what you are thinking about — a full redesign or just a lawn that deserves better. We will come out, walk it with you, and put numbers on paper.
